We are seeking aFull-Stack Engineer (Back-End Focus)to join our product development team. In this role, you will work primarily on the.NET back-end , while also contributing to theReact (TypeScript) front-end . You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and support teams to build scalable APIs, integrate user-facing features, and help resolve technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key, as you’ll occasionally support technical troubleshooting and client issue analysis.Primary Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintainRESTful APIs and background services using .NET Core (C#) Build and maintain front-end features usingReact with TypeScript Work withAzure servicesfor hosting, storage, configuration, and deployment Support the QA and client success teams by helping investigate and resolve technical issues Participate in planning, code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across layers Communicate clearly with team members across disciplinesQualifications 6+ years of professional experiencein.NET Core / Core(C#) 1+ years of experiencedeveloping user interfaces withReact and TypeScript Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure , includingApp Services ,Azure SQL ,Blob Storage , orKey Vault Proficient in integrating front-end apps with RESTful APIs Strong understanding ofEntity Framework Core ,LINQ/Dapper , and relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) Proficient inGitand collaborative development workflows Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate or higher level ofEnglish(spoken and written)Nice to Have Experience writingunit and integration tests(xUnit, NUnit, Jest, or similar) Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesusing Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Exposure toDockerfor local development and deployments Experience working in aSaaSorhealthcareenvironment Experience with messaging and communication services such as: SendGrid(emails) Azure Communication Services(email, SMS, chat, voice/video calls) Twilio(SMS, voice, push notifications) Experience working withAzure Health Data Services (FHIR R4) Experience integrating withAI tools such as OpenAIfor automation or intelligent assistant featuresSalary range - $20,000 to $25,000 (including all benefits)
