Learning Development SpecialistOverview:We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering engaging learning content and programs to enhance employee behavioral skills and leadership capabilities.Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objective, content requirements Design learning programs based on business need, either internally or in partnership with external firms. Build strong relationship with business stakeholders and HRBP to build a culture of learning Utilize instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create effective learner-centric learning experiences Facilitate and deliver learning sessions, workshops, learning interventions using variety of learning methods (virtual/classroom/blended) Evaluate and assess effectiveness of learning programs through feedback to measure impact Anchor LXP to ensure relevant skills are in place, track learning content and monitor participant progressQualifications/ Experience:Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years in Behavioral L&D or OD. Masters preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and program management skills Expertise in design of programs Certifications in learning methodologies desirable Strong facilitation and presentation skills and ability to engage and inspire learners across levelsOther Details-Location- Bangalore Work Type- Hybrid
