Job Summary:The Expense Budgeting and Forecasting Specialist is responsible for developing, analyzing, and managing expense budgets and forecasts to ensure financial efficiency and cost control. This role involves collaborating with CXO’s to track spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support financial decision-making through data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage annual expense budgets in collaboration with department heads. • Ensure budget alignment with company goals and financial targets. • Monitor spending against budgeted amounts and identify variances. • Prepare rolling expense forecasts based on actual spending trends. • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual expenses. • Provide insights and recommendations to management for cost control and efficiency improvements. • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual expense reports. • Present budget vs. actuals to leadership, highlighting key trends and risks. • Utilize financial modeling to predict future spending patterns. • Identify areas of potential savings without impacting operational efficiency. • Recommend process improvements to enhance financial discipline. • Work closely with department heads to ensure budget adherence. • Act as a finance business partner to support expense management initiatives. • Communicate financial insights in a clear and actionable manner. • Maintain financial systems for accurate tracking of expenses.Qualifications:Qualified CA/MBA 9+ years of experience Expertise in Advanced Excel, SAP, BPCPreference:Immediate Joiners Priority will be given to candidates available to join within 15 days.
