We create science-backed, no-BS supplements designed to help peopletrain harder, recover smarter, and win in life.We’ve built a loyal customer base and an engaged fitness community—and now, we’re ready to scale both ourAffiliate ProgramandRetail Distribution Networkacross India.Website: Instagram - /fuelledlifestyleYour Role: We’re looking for adriven, relationship-focused Affiliate & Retail Partnerships Specialistto lead and scale two key pillars of our growth engine:Fuelled Affiliate Program(fitness coaches, creators, athletes) Retail Distribution Network(gyms, supplement stores, fitness outlets)You’ll be responsible for finding the right partners, onboarding them, enabling their success, and building long-term relationships that drive growth.Key Responsibilities: Recruit, qualify, and onboard new affiliates (fitness coaches, creators, athletes) Execute outreach via Instagram, WhatsApp, Email & DMs Build a follow-up system to track affiliate prospects and onboarding progress Manage communication, performance, and motivation of affiliates Provide them with content support, offers, training, and performance tracking Collaborate with the content team to build monthly hooks, campaigns & assets Run monthly contests, leaderboards & product launch campaigns Manage allinbound retail leads(gyms, stores, fitness clubs) from WhatsApp, email, website forms Dooutbound prospectingto open new accounts in key Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities Own thelead-to-order process —from initial interest to payment and shipping Coordinate internal ops team for stock, dispatch, and invoice flow Follow up monthly forrestock ordersand maintain performance dashboards Track growth of retail channel (by city, sales volume, repeat rates)You're a Fit if You: Have 2+ years in Affiliate, Retail, or Partnership sales & marketing (fitness/D2C space is a big plus) Are a people person—confident with outreach, pitching, and relationship building Love building systems, trackers, and playbooks to keep things moving Are comfortable with CRMs, WhatsApp automation, and managing sales workflows Can think like a marketer and act like a closer Are a fast learner, self-starter, and have a deep understanding of fitness culture Bonus: You’ve built or scaled influencer/retail networks for D2C or supplement brandsWhat You'll Love: Be part of a high-performance, mission-driven brand Work directly with the founders & core marketing team A chance to build scalable systems from scratch Competitive pay + performance-based growth incentives Growth-stage opportunity with high upsideDon't Apply If: You need to be micromanaged to get things done You’re not obsessed withfollow-ups, discipline, and hitting goals You don’t treat work like a performance sport You can’t operate withurgency, ownership, and speed You’re not constantly trying toimprove your systems and results You want a chill, slow-growth role where the bar is lowThis is a role forA-players only .
