Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior QA & Problem Management Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, automation testing, and problem management practices. This role focuses on managing the activities and processes necessary to identify and eliminate the root causes of recurring incidents. The ideal candidate will have experience in log analysis using Kibana and Elasticsearch, proficiency in automation frameworks like Selenium, and a strong ability to facilitate coordination across teams to resolve underlying issues. While this role does not manage incidents directly, it plays a critical part in preventing them by addressing known errors and systemic problems.Required Skills Solid understanding of the Problem Management lifecycle with experience in identifying known errors and driving resolution to eliminate recurring incidents. Proficiency with Kibana and Elasticsearch for in-depth log analysis and troubleshooting. Proven experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Strong background in QA methodologies, test strategy, test case design, and defect tracking systems. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks. Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination skills. Ability to facilitate resolution by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders involved in addressing long-term problems.
