We prioritize measuring and monitoring our performance to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a technically proficient JDA Discrete and Dispatcher WMS Consultant with 5–8 years of experience to support the development, integration, and maintenance of Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) Discrete and Dispatcher Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules. This role requires deep expertise in technical design, data flows, integrations, and custom development within JDA platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement custom technical solutions within JDA Discrete and Dispatcher WMS environments.Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into high-quality technical specifications.Develop and manage integrations between JDA modules and external systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, automation systems).Handle data migration, batch processing, interface development, and performance tuning.Support system upgrades, patches, and configurations with minimal business disruption.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.Collaborate with functional teams and end users to ensure system solutions meet business needs.Maintain detailed documentation of custom developments, technical designs, and integration points.Participate in unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).Technical Skills Required:5–8 years of experience in JDA Discrete and Dispatcher WMS technical roles.Strong programming and scripting knowledge in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Java (if applicable).Hands-on experience with JDA Integrator, JDA ESP, or related middleware tools.Proficiency in Oracle or SQL Server database management.Solid understanding of warehouse operations, discrete manufacturing, and supply chain execution.Experience with batch job scheduling, performance optimization, and system monitoring.Exposure to integration tools and protocols (FTP/SFTP, REST/SOAP APIs, etc.).Familiarity with JDA upgrades, dispatcher WMS tuning, and custom extensions.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Effective verbal and written communication.Ability to work independently and in a team across global teams and time zones.Good time management and multitasking skills.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Preferred Certifications (Optional):Blue Yonder/JDA technical certifications in Discrete or Dispatcher WMS.
