The Patient Relations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with patients and healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication. Day-to-day tasks will include managing patient records, answering inquiries, facilitating medical travel plans, and providing support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
