Major delivery centers in India, including cities like Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, kochi, kolkata, Noida.·JobTitle : Training Lead·Location : Pune(Hybrid)·Experience : 10+ yrs·JobType: Contract to hire.·NoticePeriod :- Immediate joiners.Mandatory Skills:Training Lead Accountable for: Skills: oPartner with squad:Collaborate with squad teams to understand upcoming changes, capture evolving training needs, and ensure learning solutions align with new system features, workflows, and user requirements. oLead End-to-End Training Delivery with the Business:Work closely with business stakeholders to plan, manage, and deliver training activities that build user capability, drive adoption, and support operational readiness across all impacted teams. oDrive Continuous Improvement of Training Programs:Establish feedback loops with business users and leaders to assess training effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously refine learning content, formats, and delivery methods to improve outcomes o ServiceNow Understanding: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (especially ITSM and CSM operational workflows) and the ability to translate system changes into practical training for frontline and operations teams o Progressive Training Design and Delivery: Expertise in designing and delivering scalable, phased training solutions using blended learning approaches (e.g., eLearning, virtual sessions, in-person workshops) that support incremental rollouts and evolving functionality. o Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to gather feedback from business and operations stakeholders, analyse training effectiveness, and iterate content and delivery methods to enhance user capability and support sustained adoption.
