Key Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle — from discovery and design to development, launch, and iteration. Translate user needs, business goals, and market trends into clear product requirements. Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and feedback loops. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Measure success through clearly defined KPIs and ongoing product performance analysis. Keep a constant pulse on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. What You Bring 4–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech-driven environments. Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies. A user-first mindset with the ability to balance data, intuition, and business sense. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience. Proven track record of launching impactful products and driving adoption. Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, B2B, or platform products is a plus. Background in engineering, design, or analytics is advantageous. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar product/analytics platforms.
