Role Description This is a freelance role for a BFSI Sales Trainer – Retail & Corporate Sales with reputed client.Key Responsibilities: BFSI Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs. Deliver sessions on Retail and Corporate Retail and Corporate sales strategies in BFSI Cross-selling and upselling of financial products (loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.) Relationship management and customer engagement techniques CRMtools, Sales pipeline tracking and forecasting Navigating regulatory and compliance requirements in BFSI sales. Segmenting customers and personalizing product pitches, negotiations accordinglyQualifications Strong Presentation Skills, teamwork and Communication skills. Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development with experience inBFSIis mandatory. Excellent organizational and time management skills.10+ years of experienceinSales within the BFSI domain
