GENERAL DESCRIPTION In this role you will have the opportunity to support multiple experienced Wealth Planners by ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of client management system, preparing engaging PowerPoint materials, covering various administrative tasks. This supports Relationship Managers in acquiring, maintaining, and retaining domestic and international private clients by providing a broad range of products and services, •Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain data integrity of our WP client management system. •Create PowerPoint slides and presentations as needed,SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION - •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint and related specialist applications. •Positive interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + 5 year Work experience in international environment, preferably in Business Management/Support, Project Management/financial services•Able to work independently in a global team setup to take on initiatives with a positive attitude.
