About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Odoo Technical Consultant / Developer to lead the design, customization, and deployment of Odoo ERP solutions within complex, compliance-driven public sector environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo-specific frameworks, with a deep understanding of enterprise integrations, security, and government business processes.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customized Odoo modules aligned with public sector needs (Finance, Procurement, HR, Projects). Integrate Odoo with government and enterprise systems via APIs and secure data exchanges. Optimize and extend Odoo core functionalities using Python, PostgreSQL, QWeb, and OWL (JavaScript). Collaborate with functional consultants to translate complex business processes into technical solutions. Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities. Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data sovereignty requirements. Contribute to DevOps pipelines and infrastructure automation where applicable. Document technical designs, configurations, and customization. Provide guidance on best practices for Odoo lifecycle management.Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 to 5+ years hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Community and/or Enterprise). Expert in Python, PostgreSQL, XML/QWeb, and JavaScript (OWL). Strong knowledge of Odoo ORM, module architecture, security framework. Experience integrating Odoo with third-party systems via REST APIs. Familiarity with public sector standards (OPS, PSPC, ISO 27001, SOC2). Comfortable working in Agile environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.Desirable / Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of iVedha Fabric-like integration platforms or middleware. Experience with agentic AI, RPA, or AI-driven process automation. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure).
