This is a remote work opportunity.Job Responsibilities Maintain and refresh template documents Design resumes and visual layouts Update older design files to match current formats Organize folders and templates for easy access Create company announcements and visual content for internal use Update recurring presentation materials for various corporate events Prepare standardized signage for projects Perform organizational research as needed Clean and organize large datasets, including client informationQualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills required Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint Expert knowledge in Adobe InDesign Familiar with design platforms such as InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Canva, etc. Strong graphic design skills Preferred experience in the commercial real estate industry, architecture, engineering, construction, or a professional services firm
