Conductrisk-based testingand prioritize test coverage based on business impact. ValidateAEM components, templates, page authoring, DAM functionalities, and workflows . Testcontent replication (Author → Publish), personalization, search, and navigation . EnsureWCAG 2.1 accessibility complianceusing tools like Axe, Lighthouse, or WAVE. Performcross-browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and responsive (desktop/tablet/mobile) testing . Executeregression testingto ensure software stability and performance. Track defects inJIRA/Azure DevOpswith detailed steps, screenshots, and videos. Reporttest coverage, pass/fail trends, and defect leakageto stakeholders. Automation & CI/CD Design and maintainautomated test suitesfor AEM (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Integrate automated tests intoCI/CD pipelines(Jenkins, Adobe Cloud Manager, GitLab). Optimize test automation frameworks forscalability and efficiency . Leadership & Process Improvement Mentor junior QA engineers , sharing best practices and advanced testing techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams torefine QA processesand methodologies. Drivecontinuous improvementin testing efficiency and effectiveness.Mandatory Requirements ✅7+ years of QA experience , with2+ years in a Lead role . ✅ Strong expertise intesting AEM components, editable templates, and workflows . ✅ Hands-on experience withautomated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) . ✅ Proficiency incross-browser, cross-device, and accessibility testing . ✅ Experience inwriting detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports . ✅ Strong knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodologies . ✅ Excellentproblem-solving, communication, and stakeholder managementskills. ✅ Ability towork independently and manage multiple projects .Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience withperformance/load testing (JMeter, Gatling) . Familiarity withversion control (Git)andCI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) . Knowledge ofAEM integrations (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, CRM, SSO)
