Frontend Lead – Web Experience:8–12 years Location:Noida Department:Engineering / Web Tech Stack:React, Next.js, Angular, CI/CD, Web Architecture Key Responsibilities: Lead the frontend web team and guide architectural decisions. Review code, maintain best practices, and drive performance optimization. Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams. Mentor developers and contribute to scalable frontend systems. Must-Have Skills: Strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks Expertise in frontend architecture, component design Experience in leading teams and agile development Hands-on with Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes2. Principal Mobile Engineer Experience:8–12 years Location:Noida Department:Engineering / Mobile Tech Stack:React Native , Swift, Kotlin, Fastlane, Firebase, Sentry Key Responsibilities: Define and lead mobile app architecture and strategy. Build robust, high-performance apps for Android and iOS. Mentor mobile engineers and review code across projects. Collaborate with product/design teams and ensure mobile best practices. Must-Have Skills: Deep expertise in React Native + Native (Kotlin/Swift) Strong understanding of mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean) CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions) Mobile analytics, A/B testing, performance tuningEligibility (All Roles): Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering (B.E., B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc-CS) Master’s preferred (MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc) Relevant certifications are a plus Why Join Fincart?
