Role: Senior Visual & Motion Designer Location: Jaipur (On-site) Type: Full-time We’re looking for a Senior Visual & Motion Designer with a sharp eye for aesthetics, a strong grasp of branding, and a flair for motion. From Instagram reels to campaign graphics, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling visual content across platforms. If you're someone who can bring static designs to life with movement and elevate every visual brief with creativity — we want you on our team. --- Key Responsibilities Design eye-catching static and motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, branding collaterals, and web Create high-quality reels, short videos, and animations that tell stories and drive engagement Collaborate with content, strategy, and marketing teams to ideate and execute creative concepts Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand guidelines across all touchpoints Lead and manage multiple design projects independently and deliver on tight timelines Stay updated on design trends, motion styles, and platform-specific content formats --- Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects Strong portfolio showcasing both design and motion work (mandatory) Ability to think visually and translate brand narratives into powerful content Solid understanding of social-first design formats, aspect ratios, and mobile-optimized visuals Excellent attention to detail, time management, and project ownership A degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred Prior agency or in-house creative team experience is a plus
