Job Title:Programmer – ARAS Innovator PLM, CICDLocation:PAN India Employment Type:Full-Time Job Summary:We are looking for aProgrammerwith hands-on experience in ARAS Innovator PLM development to support system teams in delivering high-quality, customized PLM solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, developing system specifications, and implementing ARAS Innovator with a DevOps mindset using CI/CD practices. Key Responsibilities:Work with system teams todesign, develop, and implementARAS Innovator solutions followingContinuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)practices. Analyze customer inputs, understand business processes, and define use cases and operational context. Convert functional requirements into detailedsystem specificationsand technical designs. Configure and customizethe ARAS Innovator PLM platform to meet specific business and technical needs. Develop and enhancescripts, workflows, custom forms, and reportsusing tools such as AML Studio, ARAS Method Editor, and ARAS XSLT Reporting Utility. Design user-friendlyforms and interfaceswithin ARAS Innovator to enhance user experience. Define and guideDevOps best practicesand assist application teams with implementation. Participate inproject status meetings , providing regular updates on assigned deliverables. Preparetechnical documentation, use cases , and provide training materials as per project requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in ARAS Innovator PLM development and customization. Proficiency in scripting, AML, XSLT, and PLM configuration tools. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills inEnglish . Ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams.
