The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership. This role is crucial in driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.Key Responsibilities: ● Track progress of all Site Project Managers and Project Manager Team Leaders, ensuring timely execution and accountability. ● Handle operational escalations across functions and ensure swift resolution. ● Collaborate closely with Sales and Design teams to streamline project execution and client satisfaction. ● Design, implement, and refine operational strategies, processes, and SOPs to drive efficiency and scalability. ● Manage day-to-day operations including budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking. ● Lead and mentor the operations team to meet performance targets and uphold service quality. ● Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on key business goals. ● Monitor operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. ● Ensure full compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and external regulations. ● Champion data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and service partners.
