Responsibilities: Lead business development efforts in the Indian market, including partnerships with blockchain projects, crypto exchanges, platforms, KOLs, and community leaders. Build and manage the local operations team; develop and execute India-specific market strategies aligned with the company’s global direction to drive user growth and brand visibility. Identify market opportunities and local needs; lead end-to-end partnership negotiations and oversee execution of cooperation agreements. Monitor and analyze local industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts; propose actionable strategies to stay competitive in the India market. Actively participate in industry events and community activities to expand the company’s influence and network within the Indian blockchain ecosystem.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; 4+ years of experience in the blockchain or crypto industry. Candidates with established relationships in Indian's exchange or project ecosystem are strongly preferred. Strong market insight, analytical skills, and the ability to manage crisis or uncertainty in a dynamic environment. Proven experience in independently planning and executing go-to-market strategies; excellent leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Business-level English required; fluency in Hindi is a must.
