Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Support and manage devices through Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager). Basic administration of Azure and AWS cloud platforms (user provisioning, VM monitoring, permissions). Assist in Azure DevOps activities as required (basic pipelines, repo management). Handle user onboarding/offboarding and manage IT inventory and asset tracking. Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base, and SOPs. Manage and resolve tickets using ITIL-compliant ticketing systems. Ensure regular system backups are completed and verified. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
