If you’ve built an algorithm or unique approach for hiring in the past, do share it with us in the cover letter, that’s the fastest way to grab our attention!Roles and Responsibilities: Work with the HR Head to plan and drive the ongoing hiring strategy across departments, right from understanding the need to onboarding a great candidate. Write catchy, clear, and engaging job descriptions and pick the right channels to post them, with a focus on quality, speed, and culture fit. Own and run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding. Prioritize hiring needs smartly based on business goals. Build and nurture a strong candidate network, always stay 3 steps ahead. Constantly track and improve metrics like application-to-hire ratios and time-to-fill.Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in technical recruitment is a bonus. Engineering background preferred. Comfortable with both volume and strategic hiring, across tech and non-tech roles. Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc. You’ve likely worked in a fast-moving environment and know how to hire at speed without dropping the ball on quality. You enjoy making connections, aren't afraid to make cold calls, and genuinely care about finding the right fit. Bonus if you’ve worked with SaaS companies or growth-stage teams.Why Bizom?
