Compliancequest is seeking forTechnical Product Managerto define, build, launch, and grow the next generation of QHSE software solutions for medical device, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, chemicals, and other industries we serve. This position reports to the Director of Product Management. The individual is a high energy, passionate individual. In this role, you will be responsible for building cloud QHSE software solutions. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with a team of industry and technology A-players, who are bringing the next generation of AI-enabled QHSE software products to market that are built on the Salesforce platform from initial concept definition to general release to the market.Job Description Responsibilities and Duties: Be the product evangelist. Become the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external customers for assigned modules and features. Be hands-on. Design, Prototype, Configure - validate solutions rapidly to ensure we solve the right problems, in the right order. Be a storyteller. Conceptualize and design high quality specifications and communicate specific, actionable requirements to your engineering and quality assurance teammates. Prepare requirements in BRDs, epics, and user stories as required while following the SDLC and SCRUM methodology. Be a leader. Look for opportunities to innovate, keep up with the latest software, and industry trends distilling them into product requirements. Be an owner. Cultivate the roadmap for your new product, set the product vision, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and end customers. Enable other teams to understand and support your features so they are successfully adopted and used by customers.Experience: Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, related discipline, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in a software environment. 2+ years’ experience with the Salesforce platform with one or more Salesforce certifications. Development experience in one or more programming languages including Java, JavaScript, React, Swift, Python, C#, Apex, etc. Ability to prepare data models and evaluate architecture. Experience evaluating and recommending technology stacks to solve different business problems. Troubleshooting technical issues that arise (triggers, code, server, 3rd party libraries, etc.). Assist with POC initiatives and protypes to evaluate emerging technologies and integrations with other software. Experience preparing business requirements design documentation that developers and QC can use to translate business requirements into working software. Ability to use JIRA or similar tools to create and manage epics, user stories, defects, and production issues. Ability to create user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups using design and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, and in vision. Comfortable with ambiguity, taking ownership, and making decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Works well as part of a team and as an individual contributor.
