Develop and execute a business plan to meet placement targets. Lead and mentor Placement Managers across multiple centers to drive performance and excellence. Establish a culture of adherence, professionalism, and quality in placement services. ✅ Employer & Industry Engagement:Build and strengthen relationships with recruiters, HR leaders, and hiring partners. Identify hiring trends and position as a trusted talent provider. Drive employer onboarding and enhance collaboration with industry leaders. ✅ Student Relations & Career Support:Engage with learners to provide career counseling and job readiness training. Conduct mock interviews, skill assessments, and job prep sessions. Guide students towards paid placements and high-quality job opportunities. ✅ Operational Excellence & Performance Tracking:Ensure timely closures of placements within defined TAT (Turnaround Time). Maintain and analyze placement statistics to drive strategic decisions. Organize job fairs, industry events, and networking functions to expand hiring opportunities.
