Job Title: Visual Designer Location:Remote Working Hours:2 PM - 11 PM IST (EST shift) Type:Full-Time Experience:2–5 yearsRole OverviewWe're looking for a talented Visual Designer who can bring ideas to life with strong storytelling across pitch decks, marketing collaterals, white papers, and video storyboards, and social media graphics. You’ll play a critical role in shaping brand narratives visually, whether for client pitches, product explainers, or thought leadership assets.Key ResponsibilitiesDesignpitch decksthat use fonts, data, images, and layouts to tell a compelling brand story. The story part is crucial. Createinfographics , iconography, banners, and other digital graphics for marketing and sales use. Design clean, brand-alignedwhite papers , eBooks, and case studies. Collaborate with the team to translate messaging into visual stories. Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing the envelope creatively across formats. Ensure final outputs are optimized for multiple formats where required.Required Skills & ToolsFigma : Presentation, website, and newsletter design Adobe Creative Suite:Graphic Design and image manipulation where required Strong English communication and comprehension skills – this is crucial as the primary client is US-based Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney is a plus Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Attention to detail with the ability to deliver under tight timelines.Nice to HaveExperience with Adobe InDesign Motion design skills using After Effects or similar tools. Experience working in B2B or tech-driven environments.
