You’ll assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization while learning directly from experienced media buyers.What You’ll DoAssist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns (primarily Google Ads & Meta Ads) Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copy, banners, and landing pages Stay updated with platform policies and performance trends Learn and implement internal SOPs for campaign management Support senior team members with operational tasks and analysisWhat We’re Looking For0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid ads (internships count!)
