Role OverviewWe are hiring aCustomer Success Specialistbased inDelhi NCRto manage ongoing client relationships and assist in new business development. This role involves bothcustomer success (70%)andbusiness growth (30%) , making it ideal for someone who enjoys building trust and delivering value on the ground. You’ll be Studium’s key representative in the Delhi NCR region, working directly with top colleges and universities. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer SuccessBe the primary point of contact for all active clients in the Delhi NCR region Conduct regular college visits to support the adoption and implementation of Studium tools Help institutions interpret accreditation insights and use our apps effectively (e.g., NIRF Analysis, Alumni Tracking, Smart OBE) Train faculty and administrators on using Studium products Ensure client satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and strategic follow-up Business DevelopmentAssist the central team in reaching out to new institutions in the region Participate in early-stage meetings, demos, and presentations Represent Studium at academic events and networking opportunities Domain EnablementUnderstand key accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, etc.) Position Studium as a domain expert, not just a software provider Liaise with internal teams for product improvements based on field feedback Coordination & TrainingReport regional activities and insights to the HQ team Attend a one-time training and onboarding program at Studium HQ in Pune No relocation required – role is fully based in Delhi NCR with client-site travel as needed Ideal Candidate ProfileMaster’s degree preferred(in Education, Management, Policy, or related areas) Excellent communication and people skills Street-smart, proactive, and quick at grasping concepts Previous experience in client management, edtech, SaaS, or higher education is a bonus Must bebased in Delhi NCRand willing to travel frequently within the region What We OfferA mission-driven role at the forefront of higher education transformation Work with top-tier institutions and leaders in the education ecosystem Onboarding and domain training at Pune HQ Exposure to product, strategy, and data teams within a fast-growing startup
