POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective) Support category head(s) on demand & supply planning for the upcoming seasonKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Inventory Management: Ensure that the stock level of the category is within the prescribed limits as per company norms Monitor the stock cover to maintain optimum stock turns Tweak forward month buying based on the projected closing stock of the current and forward months Allocation & replenishment to stores as per capacity & customer profile. Stock rotation in market & Stock monitoring at the PH Category Planning Prepare option plan Create buy plan to breakup monthly targets and distribute the buying for the month accordingly Prepare OTB Plan Propose the bi annual discount list Prepare & do periodic review of yearly ISQ projections Prepare monthly ISQ plan - value wise, quantity wise Send monthly buy plan and product presentation to the markets to enable them to do store stock planning Dispatch Planning DL template planning with markets Upload DL as per DL Upload request Enable special requests from store/ customer request through stock rotation or from the product warehouse MIS & Analysis Review costings style wise to ensure targeted GP & flag negative deviations from the targeted GP Generate department wise sales report, hierarchy wise sales and stock report, current month SKU wise sale report, ISQ stock out report, TR tracker report, Promotional trackers & provide insights Monitor store performance for the categoryJOB SPECIFICATION:(QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE)Years of Functional Experience:Min 4-6 years of relevant experience in retail industry Degree/Diploma:MFM NIFT / Pearl / MBA Role:Team ManagementKnowledge & Skills:Product Knowledge Markets & geographies Category Planning Retail Operations Inventory Management Commercial AcumenInterested candidates please send resume at harshita.sharma@
