This is a critical leadership role within our growing technology team, responsible not only for the successful delivery of IT initiatives but also for contributing to thetechnical design and architectureof our systems. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a remote environment, is confident working across different time zones, and combines project leadership with astrong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies . Experience withNetSuiteis highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects across international teams. Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to scope project requirements, define milestones, and manage timelines. Provide technical input in project architecture discussions and ensure solutions align with business and security objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams located in Australia and other Asian countries, maintaining consistent communication and reporting. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes. Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and promote agile best practices. Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and vendor management. Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum5 years of experiencemanaging IT projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery inremote or distributed team environments . Strong understanding ofsoftware development life cycles (SDLC)and technical project management principles. Hands-on familiarity with bothfrontend (e.g., React, Angular, HTML/CSS/JS)andbackend (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET, APIs)technologies. Experience working incloud-based environments(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Demonstrated ability to engage intechnical architecture conversationsand make informed decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable managing overlapping deadlines and time zones, especially withAustralian-based teams . Desirable Skills Experience withNetSuite ERPor similar enterprise business platforms. Certifications such asPMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM) . Familiarity with tools such asJira, Confluence, Trello, Notion , andSlack .
