Collaborate with the creative team to develophigh-performing ad creatives and copy . Continuouslyoptimize landing pagesand funnels with CRO best practices to improve conversion rates. Conductdeep-dive performance reportsusing Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools. Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to stay ahead of platform changes and D2C strategies.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:3+ yearsof hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads forD2C brands . Proven success inlead generationande-commerce performance marketing . Strong ability to scale campaigns while maintaining or improvingROAS . Proficiency inFacebook Business Manager ,Ads Manager , andAnalytics tools . Strong grasp ofCRO techniques , landing page optimization, and customer journey funnels. Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in or with fast-growingD2C startups .
