The ideal candidate will visit every private & government sector to generate leads & specify the product. This is a key role that requires analyzed market trends& competitor activity to adjust sales strategies for market penetration. Responsibilities:MEETING WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. HANDLING EXISTING CUSTOMERS IN TERMS OF SALES. GENERATE NEW SALES ENQURIES FROM MARKET MEETING WITH ARCHITECTS & CONTRACTORS MEETING WITH DEPARMENT LIKE PWD/CPWD/NBCC/LOCAL AUTHORITIES ETC. GROW BRAND AWERNESS BY INCREASING MARKET PENETRATION TO VISIT EVERY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT TO GENERATE LEADS & SPECIFY THE PRODUCTS.Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of Sales & marketing processes and relevant regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels. Proven ability to secure sales & specify the products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English & regional languages. Flexibility to travel & have own bike. MBA/ bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a related field is preferred. Salary will be offered as per market standards.
