Role Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-orientedGraphic Designerwith hands-on experience in 2D mock-up designs and event collateral development. As part of our dynamic events team, you will play a key role in visually bringing to life corporate event experiences from initial concepts to final execution. You should be able to understand client briefs, conceptualize design solutions, and deliver high-impact visuals for a wide range of event formats (conferences, product launches, exhibitions, etc.).Key Responsibilities Create2D visual mock-upsfor stage setups, booth layouts, branding zones, and signage. Designevent collateralssuch as banners, backdrops, standees, invites, brochures, name badges, digital screens, and social media creatives. Collaborate with event managers, production teams, and clients to understand creative briefs and deliver aligned design solutions. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance event themes and visual storytelling. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 2–5 years of proven design experience , preferably in the events, media, or marketing industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW. Knowledge of SketchUp is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing event-related 2D designs/exhibition layouts, stall 2D designs, and mock-ups. Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and a proactive design approach.Nice to Have: Experience working on corporate or large-scale B2B events. Familiarity with printing processes and production specs.
