This is a remote work opportunity.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and refresh template documentsDesign resumes and visual layoutsUpdate older design files to match current formatsOrganize folders and templates for easy accessCreate company announcements and visual content for internal useUpdate recurring presentation materials for various corporate eventsPrepare standardized signage for projectsPerform organizational research as neededClean and organize large datasets, including client informationQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related fieldExcellent English, written and verbal communication skills requiredProficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPointExpert knowledge in Adobe InDesignFamiliar with design platforms such as InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Canva, etc.Strong graphic design skillsPreferred experience in the commercial real estate industry, architecture, engineering, construction, or a professional services firm
