Tech Enablement: Must be able to leverage technology for efficient client deliverables. Client Development: Support in new client acquisition by introducing, meeting, and participating in customer meetings, presenting, and discussing the company’s capabilities and deliveries. Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and foster growth within the team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance cultureRequirements: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a reputed ALSP. Proven track record of service delivery, managing and developing client relationships. Strong leadership, management skills with go getter attitude. The candidate must have managerial-level experience working with ALSPs, preferably having worked in jurisdictions like the US and UK, with a proven track record in delivering quality services. Experience with workflow management systems, automated work allocation, timesheet management, billing processes, and project or delivery management is essential.
