You’ll build and lead the analytics team, set up key dashboards and frameworks, and play a pivotal role in shaping Swish’s business trajectory.Key Responsibilities Own analytics across growth, operations, marketing, supply chain and finance functions Build and scale dashboards, BI tools, and reporting mechanisms for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews Provide actionable insights through cohort analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement event tracking and data instrumentation Set up forecasting models and drive performance benchmarking Hire and mentor a team of analysts; drive a culture of rigor and experimentation Support leadership with strategic decision-making through robust data narrativesWhat We’re Looking For 5–8 years of experience in analytics, preferably in consumer internet or high-growth startups Strong command of SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase) Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus Proven track record of solving ambiguous business problems using data Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentNice to Have Experience in hyperlocal, food tech, or quick commerce space Understanding of unit economics and business levers in a consumer business Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Clevertap
