Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads at SQL Stage, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales closure with professionalism and strategic insight. This is a client-facing role that involves both virtual and in-person interactions, particularly for high-value engagements. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Take full ownership of leads after the proposal stage and drive them to closure. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Client Meetings: Attend physical meetings for high-value clients when necessary. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach, meetings, communication, and pipeline in Zoho CRM. International Client Collaboration: Liaise with global clients, adapt sales strategies, and ensure seamless alignment with proposed solutions. Follow-Ups & Communication: Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with all prospects to nurture conversions. Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations in collaboration with the sales team. Reporting: Contribute to weekly sales reports and participate in regular team reviews. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the Project Manager for smooth project onboarding and with the Finance Team for service contract execution and payment follow-ups. Requirements: Candidate to be based in Mumbai(mandatory). Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or inside sales experience. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop client trust. Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in using CRMs (preferably Zoho), email platforms, and productivity tools. Ability to conduct impactful virtual presentations and client demos. Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Adaptable in fast-paced environments with a willingness to learn. Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset
