With24+ years of industry expertiseand a portfolio of200+ successfully executed projects , we are committed to delivering high-quality interior solutions.Position DetailsJob Title:Procurement & Office Interiors Location:Bangalore, India Experience:3-5 years in procurement (preferably within the interior design, construction, or civil industry) Background:Civil or related fieldKey ResponsibilitiesOverseeend-to-end procurementfor office interior projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials. Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategiesto optimize budgets. Establish and maintainstrong vendor relationshipsto ensure quality and efficiency. Identify and onboardnew vendors , negotiating competitive rates and terms. Conductsupplier evaluations and risk assessmentsto maintain compliance and efficiency. Managepurchase orders, contracts, and price negotiationswith vendors. Work closely withdesigners, project teams, and finance departmentsto streamline procurement workflows. Source high-quality materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and budget constraints. Track project procurement timelines and handlelogistics coordinationfor timely delivery. Ensurecompliance with industry standardsand company procurement policies. Identifyopportunities for cost reductionwhile maintaining quality standards. Monitor procurement performance andoptimize vendor selection processes . Implementbest practices in procurement managementto improve efficiency.Qualifications & Competencies3-5 years of experience in procurementwithin the interior design, construction, or civil industry. Civil backgroundis preferred. Expertise inpurchase management, vendor coordination, and project procurement . Strong skills innegotiation, vendor management, and contract administration . Performance-oriented, smart, and hardworkingwith excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to managemultiple projects, deadlines, and procurement workflows . Proficiency inprocurement software, MS Office, and ERP systemsis an advantage.
