Investments is aiming to become the largest Private Equity fund and raise the biggest AIF Category-II fund which focuses on real estate investments.Role Description This is a full-time Financial Analyst role located on-site in Hyderabad. They are responsible to source and underwrite assets, maintain fund models, and shepherd compliance so deployed capital compounds faster than benchmark Real Estate funds. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including real estate financial modelling, acquistions models and planning, analysing property yield and cashflows, preparing financial reports, and other real estate finance-related tasks. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial data and engage in financial strategy development.Qualifications Experience in Private Equity in real estate is a must Financial Planning and Finance in property underwritings and or acquisitions is a must Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements Expertise in Financial Reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Experience in the real estate investment industry is a plus
