Providing CFO advisory services, including MIS, payroll, and investor report preparation. Supporting valuation and ESOP structuring activities. Organizing data rooms and documentation for financial due diligence. Driving automation initiatives in finance and accounting by evaluating and implementing new technologies.The remuneration will be commensurate with industry standards.Qualifications Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher)with an interest in consulting, audit, or practice. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication (verbal and written). Good grounding in core finance, Indian accounting and tax regulations (e.g., IndAS, GST), and contemporary compliance practices. Proficiency in accounting/financial software and tools. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
