SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Backend Developer with a strong background in SQL, JSON data manipulation & enterprise-grade backend services. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend solutions that support large-scale health and human services systems.Your role in our missionDesign, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using .NET (C#)Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views in SQL Server or PostgreSQLWork with JSON-based data formats for configuration, integration, and data exchangeParticipate in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and maintainabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineersSupport infrastructure-as-code (IAC) patterns in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.Participate in product design discussions and ensure compliance with client requirements and system consistencyProvide technical consultation and support to internal teams and senior stakeholdersWhat we're looking for 8+ years of professional backend development experience with .NET / C#Strong expertise in SQL Server and complex query developmentProficiency in JSON, particularly for API data handling and configuration managementFamiliarity with Agile / Lean / SAFe development methodologies.Working knowledge of Git, GitFlow (or similar version control strategies), and CI/CD pipelinesPreferred/Added advantageWorking knowledge or hands-on experience with InRule Decision Platform (rule authoring, integration, or management).Experience in the Health and Human Services domain.Knowledge of non-relational/columnar databases.SAFe certification or practical experience in a scaled Agile environment
