We believe in strong communication, impactful training, and consistent performance development.Job Summary: We are looking for aseasoned Sales Trainerwith 8–10 years of proven experience insales training . The role involves training bothTrainers and Counsellors , enhancing their ability to convert leads, manage objections, and close deals effectively. The ideal candidate is performance-driven and passionate about building systems that enable consistent sales success.Key Responsibilities: ConductTrain-the-Trainerprograms to build internal training capabilities. Deliversales-focused training sessions to counsellorsto improve lead conversion, objection handling, and communication. Guide counsellors on: Lead nurturing techniques Conversion strategies Objection handling Closing techniques Lead generation strategies Build structured systems including: SOPs for the counselling process Call scripts tailored to different lead stages WhatsApp and follow-up communication templates Lead tracking and reporting frameworks Createeasy-to-use trackersand implementdaily check-insfor monitoring lead progress and accountability. Continuously evaluate training outcomes and optimize programs based on feedback and performance metrics. Collaborate with leadership and HR to address skill gaps and build development roadmaps.Key Skills & Qualifications: 8 to 10 years ofhands-on experience in Sales Training(mandatory) Strong ability to train both trainers and front-line sales counsellors Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills Experience in building sales systems, call scripts, templates, and SOPs Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and adapt training strategies accordingly Educational Qualification:AnyGraduate / Post Graduate
