Key Responsibilities:Drive Marketing partnerships and strategic tie-ups. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with agencies and key partners for sustained growth. Enhance Mirchi’s visibility and recall through innovative brand promotions, strategic outdoor advertising, and high-impact mall activations. Foster long-term brand partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen Mirchi & Gaana’s market positioning and drive mutual growth. Support new product launches and drive revenue diversification by integrating marketing strategies and exploring new market opportunities. Collaborate with programming teams to align marketing initiatives and develop engaging content for a cohesive listener experience. Track campaign performance and generate reports to evaluate impact and inform senior management on marketing, partnerships, and revenue outcomes. Ensure marketing materials comply with our brand guidelines and regional regulatory requirements. Brand Management: Lead the consumer immersion for the station to ensure there is regular interaction with the youth of the city and regular inputs are provided to Programming on Content. Lead the Digital Initiative for the State and champions the Digital marketing calendar to grow the online presence Grow the Listenership Base by developing a Full year Marketing calendar with focus on specific TG. Driving Market Research analytics and feeding into the Product portfolio to grow listenership Work closely with Programming to develop content in terms of Music, Content, Movie tie upsReporting and MIS: Mining IRS and other research reports to generate insights for both programming and Sales functionDigital: Track social media, You tube analytics for station pages to gain insights into content formats that work and give such feedback to team and ensure compliance.What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in brand marketing, partnerships. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical and leadership capabilities. Ability to drive market-specific strategies and explore new revenue opportunities.
