With over 150+ clients, 3000+ projects across 5 countries, we are the trusted growth partner for healthcare businesses worldwide.Location:On-site (Gurugram) Company:Ichelon Consulting Group Role Type:Full-Time Required Experience- 2+ years CTC range-30k- 40k/ monthRole Overview:Ichelon Consulting Group is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead and manage paid advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of digital marketing strategies, conversion tracking, campaign analytics, and client communication.Key Responsibilities: -Campaign Planning & Management:- -Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads) - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and competitor benchmarking to ensure campaign effectiveness- Conversion Tracking & Optimization: - Set up event-based tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager for actions such as form submissions, calls, WhatsApp interactions, etc. - Continuously optimize campaigns for Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click through Rate (CTR), and Quality Score - Coordinate with landing page and design teams to align creatives with campaign goals and conversion flows- Reporting & Analytics: - Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis - Develop comprehensive performance reports using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and Excel - Provide data-backed insights and strategic recommendations for scaling campaigns and improving ROI- Client Communication & Coordination: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates, performance summaries, and strategic input - Understand client goals, manage expectations, and proactively address concerns or changes in requirements - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client objectives and timelines- Platform & Industry Awareness: - Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, privacy policies (HIPAA awareness for healthcare is a plus), and emerging digital trendsQualifications: • Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) • Strong understanding of campaign management, ad optimization, and performance marketing KPIs • Proficiency in tools such as: - Google Ads Manager - Meta Ads Manager - Google Analytics - Google Tag Manager - LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Looker Studio • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to client handling • Collaborative team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
