What You'll Be Responsible For: ⚙️ Maintain and troubleshoot ACs, DG sets, RO systems, UPS, CCTVs, and fire safety systems Oversee classroom infrastructure: smart boards, lighting, seating, and IT assets ️ Execute preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns Ensure compliance with safety SOPs and emergency protocols Supervise third-party vendors (housekeeping, security, etc.) Monitor usage of diesel, electricity, and HVAC to optimize cost Manage inventory, procurement, and asset tagging Maintain all documentation, compliance reports, and operational records Coordinate with regional admin teams for seamless operationsQualifications: BTech / Diploma in Electrical or Facilities Management (preferred) Strong hands-on experience in facility operations is a plus
