Job Title: Project Manager – SAP AMS Location: Bangalore (Bidadi) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 8+ yearsJob Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong experience in SAP Application Management Services (AMS) to lead and manage SAP support and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules, AMS delivery models, and ITIL processes, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage SAP AMS projects across multiple modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.). Ensure SLA adherence, incident and problem management, and continuous service improvement. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Drive change management and user adoption strategies. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with ITIL and other relevant frameworks.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP AMS environments. Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points. Familiarity with ITIL processes and AMS delivery models. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy). PMP, Prince2, or SAP certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
