This is a critical part of our broader testing strategy, and we are keen to onboard the right expert who can provide both strategic consultancy and hands- on implementation support.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Lead the implementation and scaling of contract testing using Pact and Pactflow across product teams Set up and configure Pactflow and integrate it within existing CI/CD pipelines Support multiple development teams in creating and running their first contract tests Collaborate with technical leads and architects to identify high-impact areas for contract testing adoption Engage with stakeholders across teams and possibly with the Pactflow team to ensure alignment and best practices Guide pilot teams that are new to contract testing and help them through the full adoption lifecycle Define and promote internal standards, guidelines, and best practices for contract testing Deliver workshops, documentation, and coaching sessions to upskill internal teams Contribute to the development or refinement of starter templates/archetypes to accelerate adoption.Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience with contract testing, ideally in microservices-based environments Hands-on expertise in Pact and Pactflow, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting Experience integrating Pactflow into CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments Programming language is flexible, but TypeScript familiarity is a strong plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive alignment Comfortable interfacing with external teams (e.g., Pactflow support) and internal engineering leaders. Experience working as a technical advisor or coach within agile teams Ability to evangelize best practices and foster grassroots adoption of new testing strategies Track record of building internal capability through documentation, templates, and upskilling activities
