Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management Supervise day-to-day operations across all client cafeterias in the Pune cluster. Ensure adherence to GoKhana SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across locations. Monitor service quality, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards. Oversee inventory, billing systems, and digital platform integration. 2. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the cluster. Conduct regular reviews and feedback meetings with clients. Resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Vendor & Staff Coordination Coordinate with food vendors and ensure timely service and delivery. Monitor vendor performance and adherence to SLAs. Manage GoKhana on-ground staff, including supervisors and field executives. Plan rosters, conduct team training, and ensure productivity. 4. Financial Management Monitor P&L for each location and drive cluster-level profitability. Track and report daily sales, revenue, and cost metrics. Drive initiatives to increase revenue and reduce operational costs. 5. Reporting & Analytics Generate operational, financial, and customer satisfaction reports. Analyze trends and suggest improvements. Provide insights to management for strategic planning. Key Requirements: Qualifications: Graduate / MBA in Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or facility management sectors. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent client handling and communication skills. Analytical mindset with good command over reporting tools. Tech-savvy and familiar with digital platforms and dashboards. Additional Requirements: Willing to travel within the Pune region frequently. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
