Our dedication to transparency, open communication, and high-quality ingredients reflects in everything we do.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ambala for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, lead generation, and web analytics. Daily tasks include developing and executing marketing strategies, optimizing online content, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Social Media & Online PresencePlan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.). Grow followers, boost engagement, and drive traffic to outlets through engaging campaigns and collaborations. Monitor trends and leverage viral content for brand awareness. 2. Branding & Reputation ManagementMaintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels. Monitor online reviews (Google, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) and respond to customer feedback. Manage the digital reputation of all outlets. 3. Performance Marketing & AdvertisingPlan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads). Track ROI and optimize campaigns for footfall and online engagement. Run targeted campaigns for new outlet openings, festivals, events, and offers. 4. Website & SEOManage and update the brand’s website (). Ensure search engine optimization (SEO) to increase visibility and ranking on Google. Monitor traffic and analytics via tools like Google Analytics. 5. Campaigns & PromotionsDevelop monthly marketing calendars including special days, offers, live events, and theme nights. Coordinate with outlet managers and event teams for local promotional activities. 6. Influencer & Affiliate MarketingCollaborate with local influencers, bloggers, and content creators to promote the brand. Organize food trials, launch events, and influencer visits. 7. Email & WhatsApp MarketingBuild customer databases for targeted campaigns. Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns for promotions, reservations, and feedback. 8. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly/monthly reports on digital performance, campaign results, and growth. Make data-driven decisions to improve strategy. Requirements:2–5 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in F&B or hospitality industry). Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva/Photoshop. Creative thinker with a passion for food, music, nightlife, and hospitality trends. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
