About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivatedE-commerce Content Specialistto manage, optimize, and enhance our product listings/catalog across platforms likeAmazon, Noon ,Namshiand other leading marketplaces. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all listings are SEO-rich, high-performing, and aligned with brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities: Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces. Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms forSEOusing tools likeHelium 10 . UtilizeAI content tools(e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to draft optimized copy in line with platform policies and brand tone. Performbulk uploadsusing Excel flat files and templates. Troubleshoot backend errors and update content accordingly. Develop A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and manage Amazon Storefronts. Work cross-functionally with brand, design, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely product go-lives. Monitor listing performance and suggest content improvements for better CTR and conversions. Manage catalog accuracy, hygiene, and listing compliance in a multi-brand environment.Must-Have Requirements: 2-4 years of marketplace cataloging experience (especially Amazon & Noon). Strong command ofSEO principlesandkeyword tools like Helium 10 . Working knowledge ofAI content creation tools(e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai). Excellent English communication and content-writing skills. Proficient inExcel(VLOOKUP, data validation, filters, etc.). Hands-on experience withbulk uploads and error troubleshooting . Strong time management, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. Self-starter attitude with accountability and problem-solving mindset. Familiarity withAmazon Flat File Troubleshooting(parent-child relationships, stranded listings, variation issues) Ability to generatemonthly content performance reportsusing Helium 10 or similar tools Understanding ofkeyword research strategy and indexing on Amazon Experience withinventory-aware cataloging(e.g., suppressing OOS SKUs smartly)
