Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timelyBalance Sheet reconciliationsin line with company policies. Investigate and resolve discrepancies andunreconciled/open itemsby working with cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure all reconciliations comply with internal controls and relevantaccounting standards . Maintain complete and organized documentation to support audit readiness. Collaborate with teams acrossAccounting, Finance, and Operationsto gather and verify data. Supportmonth-end and year-end closeprocesses to ensure timely financial reporting. Drivecontinuous process improvementsin reconciliation and financial reporting. Assist inaudit preparationsby delivering schedules and documentation for internal/external audits. ✅ Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting , Finance , or related field. 5+ yearsof experience in Balance Sheet reconciliations, preferably in Oil & Gas or similar sectors. Strong grasp offinancial reporting and accounting principles . Proficiency inERP systems(SAP, Oracle, etc.). Advanced Excelskills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Strong analytical mindset andproblem-solving abilities . Effective communicator – both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meettight deadlines . Preferred Qualifications Professional certification such asCPA, CMAis a plus. Prior experience in aShared ServicesorGlobal Financesetup.
