If you have a strong background in FEA Along with Gas Turbine Engine this role is for you..!!!Key Responsibilities: Carry out static/transient, Linear/Non-linear mechanical FEA (Finite element analysis) of Gas Turbine static & rotating components (e.g. blades & Vanes, combustion, Rotors, casing etc.) Provide quality and desired outputs from Stress Analysis and lifing assessment perspective on-time and within budget Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challengesDesired Skills: Stress Analysis of Gas turbine or Steam turbine components: Linear and Non-Linear Static Stress analysis, 2D and 3D Analysis. Understanding on the lifing method and lifing requirements of critical parts (Crack Initiation & Crack propagation). Perform high temperature creep calculation and assessment. Creep-fatigue interaction needs to be checked. Hands on Experience and working knowledge on Abaqus, UG NX simulation and Ansys software’s. Experience working with SC03 and DARWIN will be an added advantage. Strategic thinking and pro-active Strong Verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare comprehensive reports Should be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a good team playerQualifications requir ed: Bachelor's in engineering (Preferably in Mechanical / Aerospace) with 1 to 5 years of Stress Analysis experience
